End User License Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Grant of License

Coverage Connextion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; sublicense, sell, or transfer your rights; or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law.

Ownership

Coverage Connextion retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. You grant Coverage Connextion a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Coverage Connextion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coverage Connextion's total liability exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
